Damaged Goods Policy:

Our products are as tough as they come but once in a while even the toughest products can’t stand the beating of a nationwide transit. If in the rare event that your order has been damaged in shipping, FTS Safety will replace these products at no additional cost. Mahala, free, vir niks nie!! Simply send us proof of purchase (such as an invoice) and we’ll send fresh stock on its way. As we keep our prices as low as possible, the extra delivery charge will have to be settled by you the customer. We have made ordering online as simple and convenient as possible, so please double check your products and quantities when your order is confirmed by FTS Safety. Take note that, apart from damaged goods, we do not offer any returns on orders. Don’t get stressed though as there are plenty of chances to double check your order, and nothing will be sent without your confirmation.

Delivery Policy:

We will deliver to any country in the world. Heck, we’d even deliver into space if those NASA folks didn’t have a monopoly on lunar safety equipment.
